  • Pay agreed service charges (if applicable).

Providing false information may result in service termination.

4. Service Charges

  • Service charges (if any) will be clearly communicated before processing.

  • Charges once paid are non-refundable unless agreed in writing.

  • Any bank/NBFC charges are separate and payable directly to them.

We respect client privacy. All documents and personal information shared will be kept confidential and used only for processing financial services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Growealth Services shall not be liable for:

  • Loan rejection by banks/NBFCs

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Changes in interest rates or lending policies

  • Financial losses due to client decisions

7. Third-Party Services

We may coordinate with banks, NBFCs, or other financial institutions. Their terms and policies will apply independently.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to discontinue services if:

  • False information is provided

  • Misuse of services is identified

  • Service charges are not paid

9. Changes to Terms

  • Growealth Services reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
